Design-Build is the project process where one team works under a single contract with the project owner to provide design and construction services. The other way that a lot of contractors work is called Design-Bid-Build. This involves having one company design the project and another company build the project, forcing the owner to juggle two different contracts and possibly two sets of sub-contractors. They work with our CAD Designers to draw up your plans, hire the sub-contractors to complete the labor, work with the inspectors to move the construction process along and the designers to make sure your project looks exactly how you envisioned it. Your Project Manager takes the time to coordinate all these schedules which means you don’t have to.
