Operations Manager

The Production Operations Manager leads and oversees all activities of residential remodeling production from the transfer of a signed agreement from Sales and Design to completion. The position oversees areas of Production, Sales, Arch Design, and Interior Design through remodeling/construction projects. The position will offer the opportunity to work with one of the finest teams in residential remodeling. The Production Operations Manager will have a strong ability to lead, manage, and hold people accountable in their roles. S/he will focus on improving efficiencies in all departments. S/he will continue the development, training, and operations of all departments and coordinate production efforts with our highly talented sales and design team. S/he will communicate a continuous improvement and growth mindset and possess a strong ability to interface with and successfully influence others.

Carpenter

The carpenter brings to life assigned residential remodeling projects. The position works with areas of procurement, production, installation, and project management for both small- and large-scale remodeling/construction projects. The position will offer the opportunity to be part of one of the finest project management teams in residential remodeling. This position includes both hands-on work from demolition to finished carpentry and minor administrative duties, working on multiple projects at once. Each day will bring different challenges and tasks to help keep schedules and project progress.

Project Assistant

The Project Assistant supports in the production of residential remodeling projects. The position assists with areas of site preparation, procurement, production, installation, and project assistance for both small- and large-scale remodeling/construction projects. The position will offer the opportunity to be part of one of the finest project management teams in residential remodeling.  This position includes both hands-on demolitions to finished carpentry and administrative duties working on multiple projects at once. Each day will bring different challenges and tasks to help keep projects on schedule. Opportunity to learn more about the construction and remodeling industry and grow with the company.
